M B A grads have completed extensive studies in nurturing organizational growth. Most M B A grads have mastered leadership skills applicable to directing nonprofits.</p> <p>Business Management Skills:</p> <p>They can map out realistic business goals and demonstrate efficient ways to meet those goals. Their abilities can be applied to managing boards, and to understanding complex tax laws. M B A graduates offer a demonstrated ability to stay actively engaged on multiple tasks.</p> <p>Business Development Skills:</p> <p>They can create business plans to drive funding for the organization. They can also optimize existing business models and goals for greater efficiency.
