Dr. Mark Harvey is a university professor with almost 20 years of experience in teaching and administration, working at campuses in the U.S. and the U.K., including the University of Wales, the University of Birmingham, London School of Economics, Duke University, the University of Kansas, Baker University, and others.
He has hosted, taught, and led students on various international exchange programs in the UK and Belgium. He has also been a small business owner and professional consultant, and has worked with Charles, Charles and Associates, Printing Industries of America, Marketing Resources of America, Hoechst Celanese, Honeywell, MyJoeCard.com, Essentially Blessed, Political Studies Association (PSA), C-SAP (Centre for Learning and Teaching), the Center for International Political Analysis, the U.S. Department of Defense, and others.
His consulting work included studies in education in the U.K., political marketing in Ireland, conflict forecasting and management, corporate social responsibility and the environment, and competitive benchmarking.
Dr. Harvey teaches courses in global management, international political economy, ethics, organizational behavior, strategy, and leadership.
He has published articles on human rights, economic development, and democratization. Forthcoming publications focus on celebrity endorsements of political issues across international media markets and innovation diffusion in the music industry.
